Code of Conduct for Uckfield Youth Club

• Be respectful to others and the property around you
• Do not take items that belong to other people
• No invading others personal space or touching other people inappropriately
• No pushing or aggressive behaviour even if you think it is ‘mucking’ about, or while playing football or any other sport games – no elbows.
• No unnecessary or excessive screaming or shouting
• If people say NO or STOP then listen
• Do not use your phone in a way that can upset others
• If you have a problem with anyone then speak to one of the youth workers
• Clean up after yourself

Youth workers are responsible for young people only while they are within the designated youth club area during session times. If a young person chooses to leave the premises or designated area, the youth club cannot accept responsibility for their safety or actions outside the session boundaries

If the code of conduct is not adhered to members will be asked to leave and parents/carers contacted to collect their child.

We will operate a 3 strike policy, if you are asked to leave 3 times you will not be allowed back to youth club.
